Serenity House
In 2023, our founder Ehmandah Ramsey, a single mother, felt called to serve single moms so She Stories Inc., a 501c3 non profit became a partner with Emmanuel Church and Millennia Ministries banding together to create a safe space for women and children to live while they work towards independence and self-sufficiency.
We believe that by combining our strengths, we can make a greater impact in the lives of women who are struggling. We are excited to see what we can accomplish together and look forward to continuing to empower women in our community.
Serenity House is a fresh start home for women and their children. They provide a safe, tranquil, structured sober living sisterhood atmosphere for the women to thrive. Many women need restoration, self-renewal, transformation, and an opportunity to reset and begin again. We serve women that have become displaced or who are facing homelessness due to unfortunate circumstances such as divorce, health problems, loss of employment, addiction recovery, abandonment and other unexpected life circumstances.

Period Party
On average, a women's menstrual cycle is every 28 days. Over 50K unhoused women nationwide are in need of feminine hygiene products. Some receive products through outreach organizations, some have to steal and others use socks, clothing and paper towels for hygiene. She Stories Inc. is all about women serving women. So our tribe and women in our local communities come together to collect feminine hygiene products (new/gently used bras, new underwear, tampons, pads, feminine cleansing wipes) and hosts Period Parties to meet the needs of the unhoused women and girls in our local community.
